Antoine Grenier, Chairman and CEO of SMA, and Ola Tronrud, Managing director of Ringe Rinke Helicopters (right), have signed a contract on Tuesday June 17 at the Paris Air Show for the distribution of the SR305-230 engine in Norway and Denmark. Ringe Rinke, JAR 145-certified, is able to ensure fitting and maintenance on SMA’s diesel engine. The Norwegian company plans to fit the SR305-230 on Saab Safari training aircraft, for the Norwegian and Danish air forces.
